The Squire and The Jiggle Knight 1.0

Changes:

• Icons added for all speech to add understanding
• Streamlined battle UI
• Blob death effects
• More obvious Quest completion
• Can now see uncompleted Quests in menu
• Increased Attack speed 150 -> 250
• Increased Move speed 1.5 -> 2

I did attempt to allow the knight to turn around but due  to the joints and physics involved that was a lot more trickier than anticipated. I do have solutions but will require more time and work.
