Removed Pause button during tutorial screen.

Robots when kicked, now darken slightly and will not obstruct the player. No more kicking robots into yourself woo!

Switched method of saving to use JSON, old saves will still work, will make it easier for me to save more data and more efficiently in future updates.

Gloved Hand has gotten a slightly different lab coat.
